Augmented reality and virtual reality are rapidly growing macro trends. A recent Goldman Sachs report predicted that the AR and VR market could grow from $4.5bn to $80bn by 2025. So why not virtual reality DAM interface that lets you and your global team browse through, adapt and refine your assets in real time as if you’re in an actual library or design studio. Or a volumetric broadcast interface where you can swipe through the air and make precise refinements via voice commands.

DAMs are such an integral and connected part of businesses today, so why would they remain a flat, screen-based experience.

With the accelerated global development and uptake of technology such as virtual reality, augmented reality, volumetric video, voice activation and even digital scents - we’re going to see the rise of a whole new breed of adaptable digital assets.  And, as early as 2025, users could be interacting with their DAM systems in totally new ways.
